With a degree in law and real estate, Bénédicte has a career path of more than 15 years within a major Parisian social landlord in Human Resources functions. She has developed a specialization in recruitment, mobility and employability support for employees, and HR development. In 2019, she specialized in executive search and joined the consulting firm Hudson/Morgan Philips to develop the Habitat practice. She is now Principal at Vauban Executive Search and works mainly for real estate players.
