Charles-Eric Simons is an experienced Senior Manager with 25 years’ experience in several HR Services companies. His strong business mindset is complemented by his “HR” expertise. He is a Professor on HR Dashboards, E-HR & NWOW at the Brussels High School and act as HR Expert for Belgian Federal Administrations. He joined the Brussels Office of TRANSEARCH as a Partner in 2019. He had a broad career start spent with major HR Services companies (SD Worx, SOPRA HR Software, Daoust, SD Staffing Solutions), in which he held different executive roles in sales, marketing, product management and business unit or country management. Charles-Eric has a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Université Saint Louis Brussels. He also holds a degree in Strategic Marketing from ICHEC Entreprises. He is often sailing in the Netherlands with his family. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
