With a curious and adventurous temperament, Virginie quickly developed a passion for the human sciences and biology, in particular the human body and its functioning. This curiosity will lead him to obtain a master's degree in Biochemistry and Food Physiology. Nevertheless, she quickly understands that she is not made to "live" in a laboratory. Trade and distribution become obvious during his student jobs. Very quickly, she will access a managerial position within the large distribution, allowing her to do management, commerce and management in complex and demanding environments. She will work on various business development and customer service missions within retail companies (Carrefour, Nocibé, Printemps, etc.) thus broadening her knowledge of this sector of activity, both in terms of its organizations and their processes. With an entrepreneurial spirit, she will create for more than 5 years a structure of service to the person, combining all the commercial skills acquired and putting her University knowledge to good use. Before joining the Keyman teams as an Executive Search Consultant Retail, Virginie held the position of National Sales Manager – Customer Relations for a leading purchasing center in its sector of activity. Her hobbies, her passions…sport (running, Paris marathon, GR 20…), novels, spirituality (yes, a little angelic side), theater (acting at times), she always has a musical background at home (pop rock, but not only), laughter evenings, dancing are part of her life balance.
