Ali holds a Master of Arts (English Literature) from University of Aberdeen, UK. Ali spent 7 years working with Hays in their Banking and Financial Services team in both the UK and Sydney. Beginning her recruitment career in the UK, Ali specialised in Investment Management across a variety of domestic and international firms before making the move to Australia. Over the past 4 years in Sydney, Ali headed up Hays’ NSW Banking and Insurance division, and recruited across a variety of disciplines including Corporate & Investment Banking and Wealth Management.She joined JMES in 2012.
