Christian Till Roga is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Technology and Digital Officer practices, covering the full range of roles up to general management and board positions in telecommunications and IT services. Christian Till is an experienced telecom and IT executive known for driving sustainable organizational change, with people and leadership at the core of his approach. He brings a depth of experience in building, running and transforming business in the IT sector, with a history of global responsibility and international assignment. Christian Till holds a diploma in mathematics from the University of Hamburg. In his volunteer time, he has worked with drug-addicted adolescents in a social services organization, conducted lectures at the University of Hamburg and University Münster, and been a member of the Round Table Serviceclub since 1998. Christian Till resides in Germany and has lived in Dubai and Ireland.
