Margaux Delabrousse-Mayoux

A graduate of SKEMA Business School and holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources from CIFFOP, Margaux has built her career across three continents — the United States, Africa, and the Middle East. This international experience, gained in complex environments, has given her an open, borderless, and unbiased perspective, and has reinforced her belief in everyone's ability to reinvent themselves.

And everywhere, she adopts the same approach: observe, listen, decipher. She wants to understand what motivates individuals, what holds them back, what truly engages them. To dare to ask questions that challenge the status quo and bring the truth to light.

In 2025, she joined Elzear to support decision-makers in the naval, industrial, and maritime sectors with their recruitment. These are sectors she knows well, a legacy of a childhood spent among sailors, and where she focuses on identifying talent capable of holding the course, even in the midst of a storm.
