Valerie Dumoncel is in charge of Eric Salmon and Partners’ Swiss office.
Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Valerie worked for Carré Orban & Partners in Paris and Geneva, and for Kessler & Associates in Geneva. She conducted searches and management audits in various sectors, specialising in the publishing business, as well as the legal and banking sectors.

She also held the position of Managing Director of a French scientific documentation distribution company.

A French and Swiss national, she graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
