Andrew has spent over 15 years in the recruitment industry, working for a range of companies from a global PLC, to being the first employee of a start-up. For the past 5 years, he has focused on managing teams and recruiting leadership positions within digital and technology. Typical clients are high-growth businesses who are venture capital or private equity backed, or large corporates who are in the midst of a digital transformation. Andrew has a real interest in how technology is changing people’s lives, and what the future of technology might hold for the next generation, which makes him enjoy the conversations he has with clients and candidates alike. Andrew has two young boys who take up most of his time and energy outside of work, but when he gets the chance, he enjoys watching live sports, photography, and learning about new cultures. Andrew has seen many of the world’s greatest athletes play their trade and has travelled across the world to watch F1, football and US sports. He has also been known to barbeque all year round and in any weather!
