Svetlana has a total of eighteen years of executive search experience. She conducts both domestic and international executive search assignments across the general management, sales & marketing, HR, supply chain, CFO and CIO functions. Retails is one of Svetlana’s key spheres of interest. She has successfully placed executives in both local and international retail companies of various types and formats.

Svetlana has a MA in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from Moscow State Linguistic University. She did her post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Svetlana speaks Russian, English and French.
