I head up our Energy and Resources department and daily interact with a variety of individuals from across the globe. I work with entry level candidates all the way up to C-Suite professionals, with backgrounds in strategy, operations, data, technology, and finance across the entire energy sector. Salaries of candidates I work with typically ranges from $75,000 - $750,000. I also co-lead the learning and development programme here at Leadenhall, an aspect of the job I very much enjoy, planning and organising company training sessions.
