Fiona is responsible for candidate sourcing, scheduling, client and candidate correspondence, and overall search process management. She works on searches across a range of strategies, sectors, and levels. Prior to HSP, Fiona worked at McKinsey, where she supported a recruiting team focused on undergraduate, MBA and lateral hiring across North America.
