From my first steps on the job market, I have been fascinated by the difference people can make to the success of a company, from the shop floor to the boardroom. During my own career, which took me to various companies, that has always been the common thread. Of course, I wanted to make a difference myself, but just as often it was my role to give others the stage and encourage them to make a difference. That is the only way you can be successful as a company. Through my experience in different types of companies I want and can be such a partner who, together with a client, investigates what a suitable candidate can be to make the difference. The extensive network of SDH and its employees then ensures that we actually find this candidate. But it doesn't stop there for me. A team isn't finished after you've put the right people together. Because of my experience, I regularly act as a sparring partner for management. I also find that important as part of that partnership. In this way, we get the most out of the team and the organization together, even after placement.
