He brings more than ten years of executive search experience, having successfully executed cross-border assignments for multinational clients across various industries, such as Life Sciences, Automotive & Industrial Equipment, Technology, Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. Benoit has developed a specific expertise in the Medical Technology & Diagnostics fields, having completed searches for senior roles in General Management, Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Business Development, Market Access & Health Economics, Digital Transformation & IT, Operations Management & R&D, HR & Finance. He brings in-depth experience in complex cross-cultural environments, having worked not only across Europe and the US, but also in high growth markets in Central & Eastern Europe, Russia-CIS, Turkey, Middle East & North Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to ZRG, Benoit was the Head of Practice of a global UK-based boutique executive search firm. Previously, Benoit worked in other executive search firms in Russia and in France. Benoit has contributed to the successful appointments of senior leaders within multinational corporations, but also mid-cap companies, SMEs, PE-backed companies, and startups. Benoit holds a degree in Political Science & Business Intelligence. He studied in France at Paris-Sorbonne and Lyon Universities. Benoit has lived in Paris, Moscow, and is now based in London. He speaks fluent French, English, and Russian.
