Alexis sits within the Natural Resources Practice at Granger Reis where he capitalises on 15 years as an Industrial headhunter, supporting clients globally. Alexis is responsible for delivery in the Natural Resources practice working with the Practice to ensure assignments are delivered successfully and to the highest standards that our clients and candidates expect. His career covers two main areas of expertise; Mining & Metals Value Chain and supporting wider Industrial Manufacturing (B2B, Process, Capital Equipment) sectors. Alexis has delivered senior leadership; technical and functional searches for world-class organisations within the mining and metals value chain, he has worked with main operators, P.E, wealth funds and equipment suppliers, placing senior leaders globally through EMEA, Continental Africa, North America, Central Asia and Arctic locations. Prior to joining Granger Reis, Alexis was with Korn/Ferry within their Industrial practice. This international role has allowed him to identify and engage with board, executive and senior leaders, advising clients as they develop growth, diversity and succession planning strategies.
