With 7+ years of recruitment and mobilisation experience within the Australian Infrastructure and Resources Sector, Deborah has developed an intimate knowledge of both public and private construction sectors. Through both personal and professional opportunity, she has relocated to the UK to specifically set up a unique service to our Australian clients called TalentBridge. TalentBridge has been born out of the current skills shortage throughout Australia and becomes the next venture to provide our clients with an innovative way of resourcing the billions of dollars’ worth of infrastructure and construction projects across Australia. Our key point of difference is that we have strong relationships built with Australian companies, with extensive recruitment history and a reputation for honesty, integrity and quality. We do not deal with construction companies in the UK and therefore have no vested interests other than introducing UK based candidates to our clients in Australia.
