Caitlyn is busy laying the foundations for a successful career as a search-based recruitment consultant and is thriving under the supportive encouragement of the accomplished Digital, Data & Technology team. Having initially joined the Alexander James team as an intern while completing her Bachelor in Business majoring in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations. Caitlyn joined as a Candidate Manager and has already stepped up into the role of Consultant. The methodical and considered way that search-based recruitment works appeals to Caitlyn as she believes that by having a genuine understanding of how (and why) things work, can result in a positive outcome for all. Caitlyn also enjoys being given the opportunity of connecting with such a diverse range of people in an authentic and personal way. Recruiting in the tech space is both daunting and exhilarating for Caitlyn as she continues to develop her understanding and appreciation for this constantly evolving sector that is so vital to business overall.
