Lee “Chip” Reineberg brings an extensive portfolio of experience in executive search and human resources across a range of industry sectors to include industrial / manufacturing, healthcare and professional services. Chip’s functional experience prior to his work in executive search includes organizational design and development with key expertise in compensation, benefits infrastructure and talent retention strategies. Chip has a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
