Roy Tore works with board and management selection in the private and public sectors. With extensive experience in change management and extensive strategy processes, he quickly identifies success factors together with directors, owners and top executives. Roy Tore has 19 years of experience from TV2 as a journalist, editor and administrative head of News and Sports, as well as project management in the cluster organization Media City Bergen. He has a broad network and is good at finding the talents for top management positions in Bergen. Roy Tore is a graduate of cand. polit. from the University of Bergen and is now completing a master’s degree in strategy and leadership at NHH. Roy Tore is also part of the NHHE Executive Strategic Council.
