Jörn Haupt began his career in corporate finance at an international consultancy before working in senior positions in the energy and services sectors. This extensive experience shapes his consulting approach, as does his ability to conduct precise needs analyses and develop a deep understanding of his clients' strategic objectives through attentive listening. After studying Business Administration and completing an apprenticeship as a banking professional, Jörn Haupt undertook numerous further training programmes, including executive coaching and leadership training.
