Bruno Pastore is a Client Partner and the Country Manager for Italy at Pedersen & Partners, based in Milan. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pastore was a Partner in an international Executive Search firm for almost a decade, where he conducted numerous local and cross-border search mandates as a member of the Financial, Technology and Industry practices. Prior to his Executive Search career, Mr. Pastore held leadership roles at a national and international level for several large IT services organisations, including IBM, and worked in Private Equity at 3i Europe, where he focused on MBO and MBI transactions. Mr. Pastore graduated from the University Federico II in Naples with a first-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a postgraduate Diploma in Optics from the National Optical Institute in Florence, and an Executive Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks fluent English.
