Richard joined fdu’s expanding team of Search specialists in September 2015. He brings with him a wealth of experience and industry knowledge as well as strong relationships with a variety of Clients, from FTSE 100 business to funded start-ups. Richard has over 20 years’ recruitment experience, the last 15 of which have been spent recruiting at a senior level into corporates, both in the UK and internationally across a number of sectors including FMCG businesses, Business Services, Manufacturing and Engineering. Richard has successfully recruited for the following positions : CFO, Regional and Divisional Finance Directors, Group Head of FP&A, Group Financial Controllers as well as Divisional Heads of Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Audit. He also has wider experience of recruiting in to HR, IT and the legal market places.
