TJ Crowthers joined The Bowdoin Group as a Consultant in September 2020. She is responsible for developing and building relationships with clients and candidates across our healthcare and technology verticals, managing them through the entire recruitment process. Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, TJ served as an executive search consultant at Slone Partners, specializing in life sciences. She has also served as a senior recruiter at Scientific Search, a life sciences recruiting and staffing firm.

Her passion for helping others led her to receive her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University-Camden. Recruiting allows her to follow that passion by helping people reach for their dreams and companies find their missing piece.
