Following her master degree in Economics at the University of Florence, Olimpia worked for different HR consulting companies. She joined Euren, part of the InterSearch network, where she led the Florence office and later the Milan office. In 2018 Olimpia was appointed Member of the Board of Directors InterSearch Worldwide and Global Practice Leader Automotive. Olimpia partners with a variety of multinational clients in the automotive and industrial sectors and other industries as well. She will contribute to the future growth of Chaberton Partners with her competences also in talent acquisition, global recruitment project management and business development.
