Anastasia leads Industrial practice at Redgrave. She has extensive international experience of advising clients across a broad range of industrial sectors including engineering/ capital goods, aerospace and defence, automotive supply chain, chemicals, building products, paper and packaging. Prior to joining, Anastasia worked for over 10 years in the executive search industry, placing senior executives and Board members into private equity backed global industrial businesses. Anastasia started her career in investment banking, firstly in M&A and, latterly, as the COO of the European Industrial team in the Corporate Finance division of UBS.
