Before joining Erevena, Nadia gained hands-on experience in recruitment through roles at both a startup and a more established firm, where she worked across a broad variety of recruitment projects. Her roles have also included identifying and implementing AI opportunities by implementing a new LMS system. This has given her a strong foundation in talent acquisition and an appreciation for the dynamics of both fast-paced and structured environments. Nadia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and completed an exchange semester at Kingston University in London. Her academic and professional journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviour, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness, which she brings to her work in executive search.
