Mladen is founder of TheXecutives. He was born in Croatia, raised in Bosnia and lives in Vienna with his wife and three children. Following ten years of professional experience in various roles in consumer, trading and investment companies, Mladen joined Vienna-based Neumann executive search and HR consulting group in the second half of the 1990s. For more than 15 years, he occupied various roles there – starting from Research Consultant progressing to Senior Partner. As a member of the group’s executive committee, he was in charge of leading the business in the developing and emerging markets of Europe. Mladen’s core competence is client relationship management in consumer related, retail and manufacturing sectors and he covers executive search, talent management and leadership consulting projects.
