Dr. Egbert Hubmann has more than 30 years of experience in management positions in international corporations in the DAX and MDAX in the areas of operations, finance and project management. He has been working in the field of personnel placement for more than 5 years, both as a partner and as an advisory board member in personnel placement firms. The focus of his work there is the placement of outstanding candidates for top management consultancies and private equities. As part of his work for start-ups, he was chairman of the supervisory board of DROMOS-Technologie AG in Munich. Dr. Egbert Hubmann studied economics at the University of Hanover and received his doctorate in business administration from the Technical University of Munich. He is co-founder of the Chair of Procurement at the University of Mannheim, where he also gave lectures. As an active member of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, he has gained experience over many years that personality, talent and commitment are very important criteria for success in the field of human resources and interim management. As an Advisory Board, we will always ensure that KEYPLAYER measures itself against these criteria and continues to develop.
