With a PhD in Applied Chemistry and an MBA (Essec), Fabien Delime began his consulting career with the European leader in innovation consulting (Altran). Originally specialized in technology consulting (Fabien Delime is author or co-author of numerous articles published in international journals on issues related to the energy and automotive sectors) and in service management, he is then devoted to Business Development, which earned him the recruitment of numerous consultants for various professions in complex sectors, from specialized specialties to cross-functional activities. Three years later, he joined Global One in 2000 (which became Equant in 2001), a world leader in telecommunications services for multinationals. He successively held the positions of CRM Marketing Manager, then Head of EMEA Bid Management & Customer Care. Here again, his functions lead him to recruit highly specialized senior executives. It was therefore natural that he joined headhunting in 2005, initially as an Associate Consultant, notably with Daniel Jouve. In this universe at the crossroads of people and organizations, two of his main areas of interest, Fabien Delime now heads the firm he founded. In addition, a member of several Think Tanks , including the Institut Montaigne, Fabien Delime regularly works in Executive programs in several Institutes and Business Schools where he deals with issues related to career management, best HR practices as well as Performance Management.
