Roman Huber studied business administration, marketing and business management part-time, graduating with a degree in marketing management after previously training as an electronics technician. From 1984 to 2002 he held various national and international management positions in the computer, systems and medical business at Hewlett Packard . From 2002 to 2006 he was Vice President - 'Area Manager Switzerland, CEE and Turkey' at Computer Associates (CA) where he was responsible for managing over 20 national companies. Roman Huber joined the company in 2006 and strengthened the consulting team, particularly in filling management positions at CEO , CIO , COO, CHRO , CDO, CFO , CMO level for the industrial , information technology (IT), services , financial services (banking) and medtech sectors . Roman Huber is intensively involved with the topic of corporate governance and the changing demands placed on the board of directors in the digitalized economy. He has experience in the search for board members for well-known listed international companies and in putting together complementary board committees.
