Martina van Hettinga (née Weiner) is Managing Partner at i-potentials. Here, she primarily advises companies from the digitalizing SME sector as well as private equity and venture capital funds. As an expert in venture building and digital transformation, she specializes in C-level appointments in SMEs and start-up environments. Martina has over a decade of experience in shaping leading German tech companies: As Operations Officer and Portfolio Manager at Company Builder and Investor Team Europe, she was instrumental in building digital ecosystems (including for Point Nine Capital, Delivery Hero, Gründerszene, Fyber and many more). In addition, Martina continues to be active as an angel investor and venture partner at Cavalry Ventures as well as a mentor at various leading tech companies.
