Bradley leads The Omerta Group’s Asia Pacific business and is a senior member of the Asset Management and Global Markets practices. Bradley joined The Omerta Group in 2016 and has over 18 years’ of experience in executive search, across Europe and Asia. He has made senior level placements with both buy side and sell side across; sales and distribution, investment and research, trading, structuring, origination and financing. Previously, he was a founding member of an Asian focused, boutique search firm specialised in Fixed Income, Currencies and Financing. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Bradley worked in London for a prominent executive search firm leading the Structured Finance Practice. Bradley read Equine Science at the University of the West of England.
