Riviera Partners acquired Bamboo Talent in 2019. During his previous tenure as a Partner at Riviera, he was instrumental in growing the organization and advising clients across the globe on their most important executive hires. Most recently, Will was the CEO and co-founder of AZAK, INC, a defense-tech startup revolutionizing electric mobility for the most elite groups of the Department of Defense.
