For the majority of his search career, Grant held the position of Vice President, Executive Search and Practice Leader with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's leading professional services organization. In industry, Grant has over 10 years of industry experience in General Management, Plant Management and Sales Management of a well-recognized international manufacturer and distributor. Grant has conducted many senior level search assignments for municipal governments, non-profits, crown corporations, high tech, manufacturing, distribution, private golf clubs and hotel/hospitality sector clients. He is a Certified Human Resource Professional and a member in good standing with the Human Resources Management Association of British Columbia.
