Cates Kijak is a senior associate who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search. Prior to joining the firm, Cates served as a regional office manager for the American Heart Association, connecting corporate sponsors and volunteers to positively impact health and wellness across communities. Cates earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies at Flagler College after earning her associate’s degree in mass communication at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
