A graduate in philosophy at the Sorbonne and in human resources management at the IGS, Thierry de La Rocque began his career in a head-hunting firm, Xavier Piettre Consultants, specializing in real estate and construction. Thierry de La Rocque then sets out as an entrepreneur in the field of new technologies. During this period, he worked in several leading companies in new technologies in management positions in organization and HR. His entrepreneurial experience led him to work for a Family Office investing in new technologies. He then created a modular timber construction company which mainly had a clientele of real estate decision-makers. After these experiences, Thierry de La Rocque returned to his original profession by joining the Vauban Executive Search firm to recruit senior and senior executives in the real estate and finance sectors.
