A proud Novocastrian, Kenneth started his career in HR before moving into recruitment in 2009. He launched TOM’s Human Resources practice in early 2022 and specialises in mid to senior HR appointments across multiple industries. Believing that people make the business, Kenneth focuses on sourcing the best HR talent and making meaningful introductions. If Kenneth could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: sports physio — with a splash of remedial and chiro — to help others (and himself!) manage injuries and body pains.
