Scott McClure leads Spencer Stuart’s Technology and Digital Officer Practice in the Nordics and is active within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice and Leadership Advisory Services. With an inclusive focus on search and assessment, he supports clients through transformative leadership, post-merger assessment, succession planning and organizational effectiveness. Scott works with clients to create solutions based on their needs. Scott holds an M.Sc. in the economics of innovation and growth from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a B.A. in economics and philosophy from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania. Born in the United States, he has lived in Central America, Asia and several European countries.
