Laure Britsch

A graduate of Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence and holding a Master's degree in Human Resources from IGS, Laure worked for 10 years within the Monoprix group and then Galeries Lafayette in HR development roles. There, she successively led HR projects (HRIS, career development committee) and then managed a team dedicated to recruitment and internal mobility. In 2021, she joined the Elzéar team to support their key accounts and "hidden champions" in their recruitment efforts.

He is driven by a conviction: every person has talents that they can develop in a suitable environment. The right person in the right place: a win-win situation for both the candidate and the company!

This vision also drives him in his involvement with various associations in his city, which occupy him in his free time!
