Eilif is a Partner and Senior Advisor at Search House, and is one of the initiators behind the company. Eilif has a combined experience of more than 20 years in executive recruitment and selection, as well as the composition of various leadership teams. He has worked as an operational advisor, regional manager and senior manager in international recruitment companies. He previously has management experience from banking/finance and marketing/sales management in several different organizations. Eilif also has experience as CEO of Eplehuset, the largest Apple Premium Reseller company in the Nordics. Eilif has had assignments in various sectors and industries and has particular experience within banking/finance, aquaculture, industry, energy, technology and various businesses in the public sector. Eilif also has experience with board recruitment and working with nomination committees related to this. With a background in operational management and experience as a consultant, his expertise is versatile and complex. Eilif's key competencies are efficient and thorough processes within executive search, as well as consulting and organizational development at a strategic level. Eilif is educated at Trondheim University of Economics in economics/finance and marketing. He is certified in several DNV certified tools, including AON's certified tests in ability and skill tests, as well as work psychology tests.
