Partnering with senior leadership across the Consumer industry to deliver high performance leadership teams As a Partner in Redgrave’s Consumer practice, Malcolm brings over two decades of experience in the executive search industry, specialising in consumer goods. With a focus on Board and senior leadership appointments, Malcolm works across the full spectrum of sectors in the consumer goods space, in sectors such as food, beverage, health and beauty, consumer durables, toys, clothing and footwear, and DIY. He has successfully delivered searches throughout the UK, Europe, North and Central America, Asia and Africa, partnering with leading household brands, family-led business, and private equity backed organisations. Prior to joining Redgrave, Malcolm led the global Consumer Practice of a pan-European recruitment business. In his early career, he established and built the UK Consumer operations practice, specialising in supply chain and manufacturing appointments, of a leading pan-European recruitment business. Malcolm holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys his family, travel, cooking and ticking off the days until Newcastle United win something.
