The choice to live abroad was a catalyst for my journey in Talent Acquisition which started by running my own Executive Search Agency in the UK, working with Nordic & European clients before venturing into a career within the in-house Talent Acquisition profession. People and businesses have always been my passion. These two things combined are what Executive Search & Talent Acquisition is all about. With a truly international background working for companies such as Progress Software, Informatica, SAP (SuccessFactors) and ARM my areas of expertise spans across all business functions from building successful sales and biz dev teams: growing engineering and R&D centers to hiring leaders for enabling functions such as IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communications. During these years, I have become a seasoned and progressive, Talent Leader & Coach with experience in building and leading high performing innovative teams and global Talent Acquisitions functions in the high-tech industry across the Nordics, Europe, and the Globe.
