Having spent the best part of a decade as an advisor to the Executive teams of private-equity backed & AIM-listed businesses, as well the Investor / Advisory community, James brings a wealth of knowledge how having the right talent mix in the senior leadership team can create a high-performing, valuable and sustainable business. Previously, James spent almost a decade as a Recruiter & Head-hunter in the West Midlands & London markets, across a range of levels, sectors and functions. James lives in London with his wife, daughter and son, and enjoys skiing, golf and a spot of DIY.
