After two years as a civil engineering recruiter, I switched to YER in 2020. My work involves speaking and guiding professionals and acting as their consultant on a daily basis, mainly within the energy sector. I’m now also specialized in infrastructure and installation technology, so I’m also able to discuss general recruitment issues in these areas. Helping different professionals and organizations achieve their ambitions and goals energizes me. In this context, I take a personal and enthusiastic approach which enables me to create a trusted environment in which both sides of a job placement process are well represented. I enjoy nothing better than working with people.
