Danielle Cantor Jeweler is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington, D.C. office and leads the Sports Sector as part of the Consumer Markets Practice. She advises organizations on executive talent, leadership strategy, organizational design, and culture, bringing deep experience guiding teams and athletes through transformational growth.
Danielle’s expertise in high-stakes negotiations and talent strategy, drawing on 25+ years of advising elite athletes, ownership groups, teams, leagues, and brands, uniquely positions her to help clients navigate complex dynamics, align leadership needs with long-term goals, and build teams prepared to perform under pressure.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Danielle was a certified sports agent, partner, and COO at F.A.M.E., leading contract negotiations, brand partnerships, and strategic growth. She negotiated groundbreaking NBA contracts and guided clients through critical career and business decisions. During her 25+ years in the sports industry, she was the only female NBA-certified sports agent for nearly half of that time.
Danielle is a public speaker who delivers keynote addresses on leadership, culture, and the business of professional sports. She teaches sports negotiations at the George Washington University Law School.
