He began his career as a psychologist in the Swedish Armed Forces and has subsequently worked as a consultant and chief psychologist at Alumni, among others. Andreas has extensive experience of international work with leaders in listed companies. He is a licensed psychologist and has an MBA with a focus on brand analysis.
