With a Master's degree in Management, Chantal began her career in financial audit within a Big4, where she worked on account certification assignments. After a few years, Chantal joined the Paris office of an international recruitment firm to assist commercial and industrial companies in their search for financial profiles. After two years on the French market, Chantal moved internally to Switzerland and then Dubai, before settling in Belgium in early 2023 to develop her interim management skills. Chantal now draws on her 15 years' professional experience in finance and recruitment and her international background to develop Morgan Philips Belgium's Interim Management business.
