He has extensive experience of working with founders, leadership teams and investors shaping hiring strategies for some of the world’s most successful start-ups. With over 20 years executive search experience in the technology industry, Ben specialises in advising investor-backed B2B companies. Ben has successfully led searches for key leadership hires and built entire go-to-market teams across EMEA and North America. His recent clients include Multiverse (backed by Lightspeed & Index), Asana (Founders Fund & Silicon Valley Bank), and Figma (Andreessen, Greylock, Sequoia & Kleiner Perkins). Prior to leading Erevena Growth Ben was CEO of New Peak Partners, an Erevena sister company, having founded the company in September 2016.
