Prior joining Alexander Hughes as Client Partner, Melody has developed a sound experience in managing human resources and internal administration for multinational companies since 2006.

Her expertise includes handling HR project including talent search, performance management, payroll handing, HR set-up as well as the dismissal and transfer of employees during restructuring and M&A for Rep. office and WOFE in China.

Melody has a BA in Logistic Management from Shanghai University, China
