Ludi joined Isaacson, Miller in 2017, with the goal of increasing diversity in leadership positions. Her keen ability to observe interpersonal dynamics brings an added layer of thoughtfulness to her searches. Prior to joining our firm, Ludi taught Latin at Bentley School in Oakland, California, and Renbrook School in West Hartford, Connecticut. She is passionate about increasing access to higher education and volunteers as an alumni interviewer for admissions at Dartmouth College.
