Alice joined Carlyle as a Principal after a successful career which has included being an Executive Director at ICAS (the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland), a Director in the Deloitte CFO Programme team and CFO of a listed technology business. More recently she ran her own Board and Leadership coaching business, working with a range of Boards, executives and senior management teams across the UK. She graduated from the University of Durham with a first class degree in Law and is both a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Executive Coach.
